Crumble-Muffins mit Apfel I zuckerfrei möglich

Halb Crumble, halb Muffin. Für alle, die genauso wie ich beides lieben, eine ideale und schmackhafte Lösung. Der Geschmack passt schon gut in die Herbstzeit obwohl langsam auch schon die Vorweihnachtszeit damit eingeläutet werden könnte. Zimt und Vanille sind für mich das ganze Jahr präsent, aber ich kenne viele, die damit eher den Winter verbinden.

Das Schöne an den Crumble-Muffins ist auch, dass sie warm und kalt schmecken. Man kann sie prima vorbacken und am nächsten Tag dann mit in die Arbeit oder Uni nehmen. Und teilen kann man sie auch sehr gut, vorausgesetzt man möchte das.. 😀

Crumble-Muffins mit Apfel (vegan)

Crumble-Muffins mit Apfel

Für 12 Crumble-Muffins.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
420 g Mehl
100 g Zucker oder 80 g Traubenzucker
1 Pck Backpulver
1/2-1 TL Zimt
1/2 EL Vanilleextrakt
200 g Öl
160 g Pflanzendrink
1-2 Äpfel

Außerdem:
Handrührer
Muffinblech

Zubereitung:

Den Apfel/die Äpfel waschen und klein schneiden. Oder raspeln. In eine Schüssel geben und an die Seite stellen.

Die restlichen Zutaten miteinander verrühren. Erst die trockenen, dann die flüssigen Zutaten. Die Apfelstücke unterheben.

Crumble-Muffins mit Apfel

Den Ofen auf 180°C Ober-/ und Unterhitze vorheizen.

Ein Muffinblech mit Papierförmchen auslegen Den Teig darin gerecht verteilen und etwas mit der Löffelrückseite andrücken.

Für circa 15-20 Minuten backen. Aus de Ofen nehmen und etwas abkühlen lassen.
Schmecken lassen und genießen. 🙂

Tipp: Wahlweise können noch viele andere Fruchtsorten in den Teig gegeben werden. Auch mit Gewürzen kann man wunderbar experimentieren. Im Frühjahr/Sommer ist Rhabarber-Tonkabohne mein Favorit.
