Fruchtiges Marillen-Bananen Eis am Stiel

Mit diesem Marillen-Bananen Eis habe ich mich mal an einer nicht so bekannten Kombination gewagt. Ich muss zugeben, ich war selbst etwas überrascht wie gut beides zusammenpasst.

Da Eis sowieso geht und dann noch am Stiel, muss ich euch unbedingt dieses Rezept vorstellen.

Marillen-Bananen Eis (vegan möglich)

Für circa 8 Eis.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
2 Bananen, reif
Handvoll Marillen
1 EL Agavendicksaft
5-6 EL (Soja-)Joghurt

Außerdem:
Eisform
Eis-Stiele
Pürierstab

Zubereitung:

Die Bananen schälen und in eine Schüssel geben.
Die Marillen waschen, entkernen und in eine zweite Schüssel geben. Wenn gewünscht die Marillen mit dem Agavendicksaft etwas süßen.

Den Joghurt auf beide Schüsseln aufteilen. Die Früchte jeweils mit dem Joghurt gut und fein pürieren.

Die Fruchtpürees in die Eisform geben.
Über Nacht in den Gefrierschrank geben.

Die Eis aus der Form lösen und rasch servieren.
