One-Pot-Pasta /Genuss aus einem Topf

Es ist spät, der Magen knurrt, der Kühlschrank brummt grantig herum, als wenn er sagen möchte: ,,Mach bloß wieder die Türe zu!“ und zum ganzen Übel ist auch nur noch ein Topf bereit zum Benutzen, denn die anderen lungern in der noch nicht an gewesende Spülmaschine rum, sind an Freunde ausgeliehen oder sogar erst vor ein paar Tagen kaputt gegangen.

 
Da ich euch weder verhungern, noch schnell einen neuen Topf besorgen sehen möchte (das könnt ihr in aller Ruhe erledigen), zeige ich euch heute wie einfach man mit einem Topf etwas tolles und leckeres zaubern kann. Es ist kinderleicht…wirklich! Aber seht selbst 😉
 

One-Pot-Pasta

 
Für zwei Personen:
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
180g Spaghetti
2 Knoblauchzehen
etwas Basilikum
etwas Thymian
200g Tomaten
100g Zucchini
1 kleine Zwiebel
ca 450ml Wasser
1 EL Tomatenmark
Salz, Pfeffer
 
 
Zubereitung:
Die Spaghetti in den Topf geben, notfalls in der Hälfte brechen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch schälen, kleinhacken und mit in den Topf geben. Tomaten und Zucchini gut abwaschen, in Stücke schneiden und auch mit in den Topf geben.
 
 
Übrigens helfen kleine Hände auch liebend gerne mit! 🙂
Die Kräuter zupfen, den EL Tomatenmarkt, Salz, Pfeffer und das Wasser (wie ihr es euch sicher schon denken könnt) in den Topf geben.
 
Stellt nun den Topf auf dem Herd und bringt ihn zum Kochen. Wenn alles köchelt stellt ihr die Temperatur etwas runter und lässt alles für ca. 12 Minuten vor sich hin blubbern und köcheln. Bitte setzt keinen Deckel auf, denn sonst verdampft die Flüssigkeit nicht. Rührt regelmäßig gut um.
 
 
Entweder teilt ihr die Spaghetti mit niemanden und mampft sie direkt aus dem Topf oder ihr richtet sie mit etwas Basilikum (und Käse ?!) auf einen Teller an. Egal für welche Variante ihr euch entscheidet, ich wünsche euch einen guten Appetit und viel Freude über den wenigen Abwasch. 😉
