Thermomix-Thursday #68 – Beeren-Smoothie

Ich habe euch schon lange keine Getränke-Rezepte mehr vorgestellt, was aber wohl daran lag, dass ich im Sommer viel Wasser und kalten Tee getrunken habe. Für den Herbst und den Winter müssen wir uns richtig gut mit Vitaminen volltanken, damit wir die kalten Tage halbwegs gesund und munter überstehen. Da ist ein Smoothie mehr als ideal. Einen köstlicken Geschmack und viel Power bringt er mit.

Dieser Smoothie ist leicht exotisch, aber auch nicht zu sehr. Er hat einen aufregenden-fruchtigen Geschmack. Die Mango hält sich dezent im Hintergrund und die Himbeeren geben nicht nur eine tolle Farbe, sondern auch ein schönes Aroma.

Beeren-Smoothie (vegan)

Für 2 Gläser.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
500 g Kokosmilch
250 g Himbeeren, gefroren
1 Mango
1-2 EL Agavendicksaft
1 TL Zitronensaft
etwas Vanilleextrakt

Zubereitung:

Alle Zutaten, außer die Kokosmilch, in den Mixtopf geben. Für 15 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 10 zerkleinern.
Die Kokosmilch hinzugeben und für 20 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 10 alles vermengen lassen.
In zwei Gläser abfüllen und den Smoothie genießen.

Als kleiner Tipp: In ein Gefrierschrank-geeignetes Gefäß füllen und einfrieren. Alle paar Stunden mal umrühren und man erhält ein super-cremiges Eis! 🙂

Vielleicht hat der ein oder andere von euch das Magazin schon entdeckt. 🙂
120 tolle Rezepte sind für euch eingepackt worden, die zum Nachkochen und Schlemmen anregen. Ansprechende große Fotos, verständlich geschriebene Rezepte und Tipps und Tricks.
Leider ist mir aufgefallen, dass einige Gerichte niemals so aus dem Thermomix gekommen sein konnten (z.B. der Rotkohl Salat mit Walnüssen, welcher in Streifen geschnitten ist, was unmöglich ein Thermomix schafft) Ihr kennt mich, ich finde das immer sehr schade. Ich mag authentische Fotos, wo der Leser weiß, dass das Gericht auch so bei ihm auf dem Teller aussehen könnte. Dem Geschmack tut das allerdings ganz sicher keinen Abbruch.

Was mir sofort positiv aufgefallen ist, ist eine angegebene Zeit und eine Kalorienangabe. Viele vegetarische und sogar vegane Rezepte befinden sich im Magazin, die gekennzeichnet sind. -Dadurch entfällt eine lange Sucherei und man kann auf einen Blick sehen was man vegetarisch kochen könnte.

Ich hatte die Ehre im Magazin mit einem Rezept vertreten zu sein. Ich habe mich für das Choco Crossis Rezept entschieden, da die nicht nur super lecker, sondern auch leicht zum Zubereiten sind. Außerdem wissen dir ja alle, dass Schokolade immer toll ist. 🙂

Die nächste Ausgabe erscheint übrigens am 10. November 2016 und die Vorschau sieht schon vielversprechend aus.
