Vegane kleine Schokotörtchen mit Smarties

Momentan liebe ich Schokolade sehr. Okay…eigentlich nicht nur im Moment, sondern so gut wie immer 😀 Da am 12.Mai die Zuckerstube schon 2 Jahre alt wurde, habe ich etwas mit der Familie gefeiert. Natürlich möchte ich auch mit euch „nachfeiern“. 🙂

Aber was wäre eine Feier ohne Torte? Ziemlich öde.
Eine große Torte wäre für die Minifeier doch etwas zu groß, also gibt es Minitörtchen.
Gaaaanz viele Minitörtchen. Und jeder von euch kann sie nachbacken. 

 

Die Minitörtchen sind vegan, sehr schön fluffig und super lecker mit Zartbitterschokoguss und Smarties. Wer es „exotischer“ mag, der kann noch etwas Chilipulver in den Teig geben.
Für den Teig benötigt man keine Küchenmaschine, sondern nur einen Rührlöffel und eine Schüssel.
Das Rezept habe ich übrigens vor einiger Weile selbst ausgetüftelt. Ich hatte ursprünglich ein Schokomuffinrezept zur Hand, welches mir persönlich zu viel Ei enthielt. Und wenn man schon mal anfängt umzuschreiben, dann richtig. 😀 Nun ist es vegan und wirklich sehr einfach herzustellen.
Für 4 Törtchen oder circa 10 Muffins.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
100g Mehl
20g Backkakao (ungesüßt)
120g Zucker
1 TL Backpulver
eine Prise Salz
120ml Wasser, lauwarm
1 TL Vanilleextrakt
40ml neutrales Öl, z. B. Sonnenblumenöl
1/2 TL Essig, z. B. Apfelessig von Alnatura
30g Zartbitterschokoladenstücken, 70%
Wer möchte:
Zartbitterschokolade, 70%
Smarties ( vegane gibt es z. B. von Vantastic Foods)
Außerdem:
Schüssel
Rührlöffel
Silikon Törtchenform ( von Dr. Oetker)
oder ca.10 Muffinförmchen
Bevor es mit der Zubereitung weiter geht folgen ein paar Wörter zu der Form. 🙂
Die pinke Törtchenform besteht aus 100% Platinum Silikon und kommt zusammen mit
24 pinke Party/Geburtstagskerzen und einem Backbuch. Sie hält Temperaturen
von -60°C bis +230°C aus, ist Spülmaschinengeeignet und darf sowohl ins Backrohr, in den Gefrierschrank als auch in die Mikrowelle.
Der Hersteller ist Dr. Oetker.
Nun geht es erstmal mit dem Rezept weiter und dann widmen wir uns dem Buch zu. 🙂
Zubereitung:
Den Ofen auf 180°C Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen.
Mehl, Kakao, Zucker, Salz, Backpulver in die Schüssel geben. die Zutaten kurz miteinander vermengen.
Nun kommen die flüssigen Zutaten hinzu. Als erstes das Wasser, dann der Essig und zum Schluss das Öl. Nun darf kräftig gerührt und die Schokostückchen nach kurzer Zeit hinzugegeben werden.
Den Teig in die Form füllen, 2/3 sollten befüllt sein.  Oder:
Den Teig in Muffinförmchen verteilen, pro Förmchen circa 3-4 Esslöffel Teig nehmen.
Nun darf gebacken werden.
Mini-Törtchen brauchen circa 20 Minuten und Muffins circa 13 Minuten.
Empfehlen würde ich euch dennoch die Stäbchenprobe zu machen, um ganz sicher zu gehen.
Dafür piekst man mit einem Holzstäbchen (Zahnstocher) in den Teig, mittig, und wenn nichts
dran hängen bleibt ist euer Schokoträumchen fertig.
Wer noch dekorieren möchte lasst die Schokotörtchen/Muffins etwas abkühlen und löst sie dann aus der Form. Die Zartbitterschokolade vorsichtig in einem Wasserbad schmelzen, über die Schokotörtchen/Muffins gießen und mit Smarties bestreuen.
Tipp: Wenn der Teig in der Törtchenform zu sehr aufgeht, kann man etwas vom Törtchenboden wegschneiden, damit diese gerade stehen können. Positiver Nebeneffekt, es darf etwas genascht werden. 😉

Es gibt 4 Rezepte, passend zur Backform. Darunter Mango-Pfirsich-Eis und Pudding-
Törtchen. Ich hätte es schön gefunden, wenn es ein paar mehr gewesen wären. Mit meinem
Rezept habt ihr nun 5 zu dieser Form. 🙂 Wer experimentierfreudig ist, der kann einfach mal seine Lieblingsmuffins versuchen in der Form zu backen. 🙂
Die anderen Rezepte sind für Muffins und Cupcakes. Die Rezepte klingen fruchtigfrisch,
 schön sommerlich. Vor allem die Mango-Marillen-Cheesecakes haben es mir angetan-
die werde ich ganz sicher mal mit euch zusammen backen. Ansonsten findet man in dem Buch
noch Mint-Cupcakes, Stachelbeer-Baiser-Cupcake, Kirschmichel-Muffins und noch einige weitere.
Die Rezepte sind alle vom Dr. Oetker Konditormeister geprüft.
Es ist eine nette Zugabe zur Form und wie ich finde im Komplettpaket
ein angenehmer Preis. Wer im Internet etwas recherchiert wird Formen
dieser Art finden, die schon ohne Buch- und Kerzenzugabe
diesen Preis erreichen.

die Kerzen auspusten oder die Smarties klauen wollten. 😀
