One Pot Penne mit Champignons

Cremiger und schneller geht der Pastagenuss fast gar nicht, als mit dieser One Pot Penne mit Champignons. Ich liebe !!! One Pot Gerichte. Weniger Abwasch, schnelleres (also meistens) Kochzeit und bis jetzt hat sich noch niemand über diese Art von Gerichten beschwert. Ganz im Gegenteil.

Die One Pot Penne mit Champignons ist aus einem Zufall mit etwas Freude am Experimentieren entstanden. Wir haben, falls ihr es schon mitbekommen habt, auf glutenfreie Pasta umgestellt. Nur leider fand ich sie oft so trocken… aber mit diesem One Pot Penne wird diese mehr als cremig!

One Pot Penne mit Champignons

Da alles in einem Topf (Pot) zubereitet wird, ist es eine sehr schnelle Angelegenheit. An Gewürzen könnt ihr variieren, je nach euren Belieben. Wie wir am liebsten würzen schreibe ich euch nun nieder. Oder ihr schaut euch ganz entspannt das Video an. 🙂

One Pot Penne mit Champignons

Achtung! Ich habe eine große Menge gekocht, damit 4 Personen satt werden. Ihr dürft und sollt wenn nötig, also falls ihr nur für 2 Personen kocht, die Zutatenmengen halbieren.

Für 4 Personen.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Für die Gemüsebrühe habe ich 1500ml warmes Wasser mit etwas Gemüsepaste angerührt.


  • 1 Topf
  • Petersilie zum Dekorieren
  • etwas Rucola


Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Champignons vorbereiten und kleinschneiden. Das Öl in den Topf geben und erst Zwiebel, Knoblauch und dann die Champignonstücke andünsten.

Nun alle restlichen Zutaten hinzugeben.

Je nach Packungsanleitung die Pasta kochen. Meistens sind das zwischen 8-12 Minuten. Eure Penne sollte nicht mehr hart, aber auch nicht verkocht sein.

Nun nur noch servieren und es sich schmecken lassen. 🙂

Reste können im Kühlschrank für den nächsten Tag aufbewahrt werden.
