Schoko-Chia-Pudding I ohne kochen I 4 Zutaten

Vor nicht all zu langer Zeit waren Chiasamen in aller Munde. So sehr, dass man sie ab da im Supermarkt kaufen konnte, vorher nur im Reformhaus und Internet. Ich glaube die große Chia-Welle ging 2016/2017 so richtig so los.

Aber es ist ruhiger um das Superfood geworden. Daher dachte ich mir, es wird mal wieder an der Zeit wird mit einem Rezept sie aufleben zu lassen. Ein leckerer Schoko-Chia-Pudding macht nicht nur glücklich, sondern ist auch gesund.


Und wie hübsch er doch anzusehen ist! 🙂 Meinen Schoko-Chia-Pudding habe ich mit Mandelmus und Erdbeerstückchen getoppt. Er schmeckt herrlich schokoladig und ist sogar für Rohköstler geeignet, da der Pudding nicht gekocht wird.


Mit 4 Zutaten könnt ihr ihn zubereiten, dekorieren nach Lust und Laune. Das einzige was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, sind die aufgequollene Chiasamen im Pudding. Es ist so wie mit Orangensaft, manche lieben ihn mit Fruchtfleisch, andere haben das Gefühl kleine Fliegen mitzutrinken. 😀


Für 2 Gläser.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:


  • Hohe Schüssel
  • Gläser zum Servieren
  • Etwas für die Deko:
  • Mandelmus
  • Erdbeeren


Mandelmilch, Agavendicksaft, Chiasamen und Kakaopulver miteinander verrühren. Mindestens für 4 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen, am besten über Nacht.

In Gläser füllen, dekorieren, servieren und den Schoko-Chia-Pudding genießen.


Ihr könnt auch weitere Aromen und Gewürze hinzufügen. Wie Tonkabohne, Vanille, Zimt…

Bei 2-3 EL Chiasamen erhaltet ihr einen Pudding, der nicht zu cremig ist. Möchtet ihr einen cremig-festeren Pudding, dann solltet ihr 4 EL Chiasamen verwenden.
