Thermomix-Thursday #105 – Erdbeer-Limonade

Limonade fließt bei mir momentan tagtäglich wie in Strömen. Sie erfrischt einfach so himmlich. Und da auch noch Erdbeerzeit ist und die Erdbeeren ein besonders süßes Aroma besitzen, wäre nichts nahelegender als mit ihnen eine Limonade herzustellen, die ohne Zucker auskommt.

Ein bisschen helfe ich mit einer leichten, natürlichen Süße nach. Aber wenn ihr ganz drauf verzichten möchtet, dann dürft und sollt ihr das. Die Erdbeer-Limonade ist mein Favorit wenn es schnell gehen soll, ihr benötigt nur wenige Sekunden dafür.

Erdbeer-Limonade (vegan)

Für einen Krug.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
300 g Erdbeeren, gefroren
Saft 1/2 Zitrone
2-3 EL Reissirup
1 Liter Wasser

Außerdem:
Krug 

Zubereitung:

Alle Zutaten in den Mixtopf geben. Für 1 Minute /-/ auf Stufe 9 vermengen lassen.

Abschmecken und noch kühl servieren.
Auch andere gefrorene Früchte wie Ananas, Pfirsiche oder auch Blaubeeren werden so zu einer schmackhaften Limonade.
