Thermomix-Thursday #108 Sour Cream

Ganz schnell zusammen gemixt ist die (vegane) Sour Cream im Thermomix. Ich wurde nun schon einige Male nach diesem Rezept gefragt und genau deswegen bekommt ihr es auch. 🙂

Aber seid nicht enttäuscht, es geht richtig einfach und leicht. Eine vegane Sour Cream, so wie ich sie zubereite, ich kein großes Zauberwerk.

Sour Cream (vegan möglich)


Für 1 Glas.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
250 g Sauerrahm oder Crèmesse
100 g (Soja-)Joghurt
(Meer-)Salz
2 Prisen Pfeffer
2-3 EL Zitronensaft

Außerdem:
Steriles Glas

Zubereitung:

Alle Zutaten in den Mixtopf geben.
Für 15 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 4 vermengen lassen.

Abfüllen und gleich servieren oder kühl stellen.



Nach Bedarf können auch Kräuter und Knoblauchgranulat hinzugefügt werden.
Sojajoghurt sollte man, falls er sehr flüssig ist, ihn etwas abtropfen lassen.
Außerdem lässt sich mit der Joghurtmenge sehr gut die Konsistenz der Sour Cream bestimmen.
