Thermomix-Thursday #110 – Schokoladen-Sirup

Ein Schokoladen-Sirup, der mehrere mögliche Funktionen hat. Von Nesquik gibt es ihm im Handel zu kaufen, aber man kann ihn auch selber herstellen.

Ihr könnt ihn in warme (Mandel-)Milch einrühren um einen Kakao zu bekommen, den Sirup als Schokoladensauce verwenden oder ihn auf Palatschinken, Pfannkuchen oder Waffeln geben.

Schokoladen-Sirup (vegan)

Für 1 Flasche.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
120 g Wasser
120 g Zucker
1 kleine Prise (Meer-)Salz
40 g Kakao, ungesüßt

Sterile Flasche


Alle Zutaten, bis auf den Kakao, in den Mixtopf geben.
Für 8 Minuten /120°C/ auf Stufe 2 köcheln lassen.

Den Kakao hinzugeben.
Für 5 Minuten /120°C/ Stufe 4 weiterköcheln lassen.

Sofort in die sterile Flasche abfüllen.

Geöffnet und im Kühlschrank gelagert für 2 Wochen haltbar.
Verschlossen und dunkel gelagert mindesten 6 Monate haltbar.
