Ich mag diesen Dip so sehr. Geschmacklich ist er ganz anders, als man es von der Zucchini gewohnt ist. Der Zucchini-Knoblauch-Dip ist richtig aromatisch.
Ich tunke am liebsten mein Börek rein. 😀 und Dipreste, sollte es welche geben, gebe ich am nächsten Tag auf gekochte Pasta. Aber auch für Wraps oder um einfach ein bisschen Gemüse zu snacken eignet sich der Dip.
Für die Zubereitung des Zucchini-Knoblauch-Dips ist in 10 Minuten erledigt.
Für 1 Schüssel Zucchini-Knoblauch Dip
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
- 2 Zucchini, normale Größe
- 1 Zwiebel
- 4-5 Knoblauchzehen
- 1 TL Öl oder v.Schmalz
- Meersalz und Pfeffer
- 1 TL- 1 EL Tahin
- Prise Pfefferminze
- Etwas Cumin
- Prise Thymian
- 1 EL v.Joghurt
Außerdem:
Zubereitung:
Zucchini waschen, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch schälen. Die Zucchini in der Reibe raspeln, die Zwiebeln grob hacken und die Knoblauchzehen vierteln.
Eine Pfanne aufsetzen und das Öl oder Schmalz darin erwärmen. Anschließend Knoblauch und Zwiebeln hineingeben, glasig anbraten. Nun die Zucchiniraspel mit hinzugeben.
Kurz alles anbraten, dann die Temperatur verringern und alles für 5-8 Minuten weichkochen lassen.
Das Gemüse, ohne Wasser, aus der Pfanne in eine Schüssel geben. Kürz pürieren, bis alles schön cremig ist. Würzen und verrühren.
Sobald der Dip etwas abgekühlt ist, kann der vegane Joghurt untergehoben werden.
Nun warm servieren oder kaltstellen.
