Thermomix-Thursday #19 Winterduft & Eistee

Und schon wieder ist eine Woche mit dem Thermomix rum.
Nun, wo langsam die Suppenzeit beginnt, hat er ziemlich viel zu tun und ich kann mich währenddessen um Haushaltsangelegenheiten kümmern oder mit meinen Kindern spielerisch die Zeit überbrücken. 🙂 Auch an kleine Süßigkeit, wie selbstgemachte Pralinen, gebrannte Mandeln oder auch leckere Cremes taste ich mich nun ran. Unwiderstehliche Rezepturen werden aufgeschrieben, gesammelt und bald hier, im Thermomix-Thursday, veröffentlicht.

Genau jetzt, in dem Moment wo ich für euch diese Zeilen schreibe, ist eigentlich mein Thermomix viel fleißiger als ich. Er kocht mir einen veganen Wintermilchreis (mit Mandelmilch). Er wurde zum Wintermilchreis, weil ich eine ganz tolle, nach Winter schmeckende, Gewürzmischung kreiert habe. Natürlich teile ich das Rezept sehr gerne mit euch. 🙂
Auch ein Video gibt es wiedermal, diesmal geht es um ein Eistee-Konzentrat, welches keine müden Augen zulässt. 😉

Wintergewürz (vegan)

-gibt auch im Herbst einen fantastischen Geschmack.
 
Egal ob süß oder salzig
warm oder kalt
Tee oder Milch
Gemüse oder Reis
kochen oder backen
Lebkuchen oder Kürbistorte
Das Gewürz passt sich zu jeder Art von Speise oder Getränk sehr gut an. ♥
 
Für 1 kleines Glas.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥1 EL Zimt, gemahlen
♥1/2 TL Neugewürz/Piment, ganz
♥1/2 TL Nelken, ganz
♥3 Sternanis
♥1 TL Fenchelsamen, ganz
♥1/4 Muskatnuss, ganz
Zubereitung:
Alle Zutaten in den Mixtopf geben. Für 40 Sekunden /-/ Stufe 10 zerkleinern.
Achtung, es staubt sehr, bitte nicht direkt mit der Nase über den Mixtopf hängen. 😀
Die Gewürzmischung in ein Glas abfüllen und luftdicht verschließen.
Haltbar wäre sie mehrere Jahre, allerdings kann es sein, dass nach einem Jahr der Geschmack nicht mehr so intensiv ist.
Ohne Probleme kann die Menge verdoppelt oder verdreifacht werden.
Es ist auch eine schöne Geschenkidee für Freunde und Familie.
Eistee-Konzentrat (vegan)
-nicht nur als Eistee, sondern auch in heißen Wasser verwendbar
Für 1 große Flasche.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥800g Wasser
♥10 Beutel Schwarztee
♥ein paar frische Minzblätter
♥250g Gelierzucker 2:1
♥15g Zitronensäure
Zubereitung:
