Wir LIEBEN Aufstriche. Gemeinsam am Tisch zu sitzen, eine riesige Auswahl an Broten, Brötchen und Gebäck zu haben und um das noch zu toppen ein paar genial-leckere Aufstriche. Unter der Woche bleibt kaum Zeit für ein entspanntes Frühstück, das holen wir dann am Wochenende nach. Unsere Frühstückstafel hat sich um einen Aufstrich erweitert. Ganz zu Freuden meiner Kinder ist er süß und schokoladig…. 🙂

Kinderschokoladen-Aufstrich (vegetarisch)

Für ein großes Glas.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

60g Zucker
100g Haselnüsse, gerostet
10 Kinderschokoladenriegel
140g Butter
120g Milch
etwas Vanilleextrakt

Zubereitung:


Zucker und Haselnüsse in den Mixtopf geben. für 15 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 10 zerkleinern. Die Kinderschokoriegel hinzugeben und für 15 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 6 ebenfalls zerkleinern. Milch, Butter und Vanilleextrakt hinzugeben. Für 3 Minuten /50°C/ auf Stufe 2 alles zu einem Aufstrich verarbeiten.

In ein steriles Glas füllen und im Kühlschrank aufbewahren. Der Aufstrich ist mindestens 2-4 Wochen haltbar.
